APPLYING FOR DISABILITY

Our advocates are experienced in handling cases for a broad range of clients with mental and physical disabilities, of all age groups.  We represent individuals in both Social Security Disability (SSD) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claims.

You will be provided with a clear explanation of your rights and benefits, as well as how the law applies to your individual situation. We pursue each case as far as it can be pursued – from reconsideration to the appeals process, including federal appeals, if necessary – without regard to the monetary compensation involved.
